Is dry and scaly (areola) and pain that comes and goes a sign of early pregnancy?

My last period was on 03/22/08. I started my first round of Clomid on 03/27/08. Had ultrasound on 04/14/08 and doctor said it looks like I ovulated. My started hurting on 04/13/08 and the pain comes and goes. It’s not excrutiating but it hurts. It’s like a burning feeling that switches from each . It’s like a shoot pain that burns. My burn and the areola is extremely dry and scaly. My are also tender on the sides (where they’re connected to my chest). Friday, I felt pain going from my shoulders, arm pits, down to my thighs. I had some slight twinges in my stomach and very light cramping that lasts for 3 to 5 secons, but not too much cramping. I definitely have increased cervical mucus. It seems to be acidic. I don’t know WHEN I ovulated so I am not sure if I should take a test yet. I am also very afraid to take a test and it be negative with these symptoms.

I used OPKs last month, and had 4 positive tests. If I do the math, the first one was the right one as 14 days later I started my menstruation. This month, same thing. Today I took my fourth positive test. I only had with my husband on the first and second days of the positive tests, was it wrong of me not to last night? Would I have missed our chances? I had cramping and twinges only the first night into the second day of peak, so I'm uming we hit the right days. Just wasn't sure if we should continue to babydance or if we maybe missed it. Off and on, I've had jock itch for two years. One reason it's been around so long is that my immune system is compromised, so I don't have the usual immunities from skin infections. A PAP smear done under the cirstances you described is totally unreliable. Anytime a physician acts unconcerned about your health, you'll probably end up getting substandard medical care. On October 2007, my gynecologist diagnosed a large growth in my vulva as Venereal Warts. As an OB/GYN Nurse, I've seen plenty of cases of women with this condition and mine didn't resemble them because it was a single large lesion [venereal warts are small, stalked, cauliflower-like and grow in clusters]. I asked that he excise the lesion and send it to be biopsied, but he refused and prescribed Aldara cream, which is a treatment for venereal warts. Instead of improving my condition, this medication made it worse. I went back to him after a month, explained that the lesion was looking worse and that I highly suspected it was malignant. I asked to be reexamined but he refused to do so and told me to keep using the cream. So I went to an Oncologist Gynecologist, who immediately excised the lesion and sent it for biopsy. It came back positive for non-invasive Vulvar Carcinoma. I went back to the gynecologist who had misdiagnosed me with venereal warts to show him the results. He tried to argue that he'd never seen a case of Vulvar Carcinoma; I asked for a copy of my medical record then and there {yes, many doctors DO fix medical records to cover up mistakes}, and secured legal counsel. Do I fix the teeth? (this is kind of long sorry but I need help)?

Okay so here's the deal. I went in for my regular 6 month dental check-up today. After the lady got done cleaning my teeth and everything she said my teeth & gums looked great I have done a wonderful job brushing. So then I sat for a little bit waiting for the doctor to come in and check over them real quick and he was some new old guy. He was REALLY weird my mom even got creeped out by him. But he started off telling me he was going to cough and then he started digging in my mouth. He ended up saying I have spots/cavities on 5 of my teeth. He asked how long it had been since my last cavity. I'm 16 years old and have never had a cavity. How could he not be able to tell that? He had my records and mouth right there. So then he began questioning me on everything I said. He said pop is a major factor in kids my age. Well I don't drink pop. He said candy and I told him I don't really eat sweets then he says sweets aren't really a big factor in this. Then why did he ask about candy if sweets don't matter??? And he just kept going on about how something I'm doing has had to change. NOTHING HAS. So then he went to check my mom's teeth and kept asking her what I have changed and he even asked her if I have had a cavity. I don't get it. He didn't believe anything I said and I guess he just sat there with my mom saying I have had to change something over and over. Then my mom flat out said I can't take a shot for the cavities and he asked her three times why I couldn't before my dentist came over and said I was shaking the entire time and I can not take a shot. This guy was just a nut he even told me to sip my milk and then drink water after because that could be the problem! I'm supposed to go in and have my cavities fixed obviously, but I'm really hesitant. I want to get a second opinion, but my mom's insurance only covers every six months so I need to find one with free consultation and I don't know if we can find one. Does anybody agree that things don't really match up? Should I just go in and deal with it or do I wait until somebody else can look??

Someone I know was put on probation for 3 years. They've complete all the court ordered things, like paying the fine, community service etc. 2 years later, and 1 year left into the "probation" period, how do they request to get the remaining time dropped? They've moved about 4 hours away from where the initial accident took place and was able to complete their court ordered things where they live now. They did have to go BACK to where the accident happened in order to pay the fine and all the court mandated stuff. Who would they contact in order to drop the probation? in my lab we had a problem with erroneous results. for quite a few months we were all stumped. Theories were tossed around but nobody had hard facts. I told my supervisor that I was keeping track of patients and their results and other important facts that could support the theory that the blood had been sitting here at my lab too long before being processed. I did research, printed out my report and sent it to the director, he was pleased. We came up with a solution. My supervisor is now trying to take all credit for this finding. She actually sent all of us an email and in the first sentence states: "They say self praise is no praise, but in this case I am going to pat myself on the back for a job well done!" then she goes on to explain in detail how she had come up with this idea all on her own and told them that she had asked me to keep an eye on the records. (Which I had told her I would do and had been doing before she came and saw me) What would you think of someone actually stating that they are patting themselves on the back? Would you think it was deserved or would it look tackya nd look like they are trying to take credit for something that wasn't theirs? What would this statmetn say to you?

So my period was due on the 19th of November but it still hasn't come, im 8 days late and starting to worry now. Ive had the cramps almost 2 weeks now as i usually get them up to a week before im due. Ive only ever been late once but came on exactly a week after. My last period was on 22nd - 28th October and had with my bf of 5 years about a week later. I feel like im gonna come on any second and it feels like Ive started bleeding and i run to the loo to check and nothing just a slight discharge (sometimes clear or white) I don't think i can get pregnant as im quite overweight (8st) and Ive smoked and took cannabis for almost 10 years. Throwing teenage daughter a surprise party. Help Please!?

So here's some basic info, I want to throw my daughter a surprise birthday party.Her 17th birthday is next week. She said she wanted to have a party and I told her we'll see. The adoption was a catastrophe. Can I convince daughter to keep baby?

Right now, my daughter is going through some things and I'm trying to help her as best I can. She just gave birth 2 weeks ago to my grandson (Brenden). She's only 17. When she first told me she was pregnant, I was so angry with her, probably as angry as I've ever been in my life. I never thought my baby would be going through something like this. I immediately asked what she wanted to do and she said she was going to give the baby up for adoption. Her and her boyfriend had me drive them to the agency and started looking for people to adopt the baby. Over the last few months, I've been real distant from her. I'm more angry at myself than her. I feel like I failed in some way and I wasn't sure how to deal with it. I went to a support group for parents of pregnant teens, but it really didn't help at all. 5 months ago, we met "Lindy" and "Michael" and I immediately hated them. Something just seemed off. Their lives just seemed a little too perfect and there was something about Lindy that I just didn't like, but my daughter thought they were okay, so I kept my mouth shut. Over time, that hatred grew. First one lie after another (little lies but still), we'd ask them to meet somewhere and they'd never show and those 2 were always fighting about something and usually something stupid. I mean, it was pretty obvious that these 2 weren't ready for a child, but my daughter didn't want to see what I saw. The moment of truth came the day she gave birth. Me, her father, grandmother, and boyfriend were there. Guess who wasn't? Lindy kept calling to say "I'm 5 minutes away" and she didn't show up until an hour before my daughter was discharged. She was in the hospital 4 days and they lived like 20 minutes away. Lindy finally showed up and looked like she was hungover. She told us that Michael left and they're getting a divorce and then she was hysterical. She had to be escorted from the hospital premises, it was nuts! Mia and Gabriel were very upset, we all were. We ended up taking the baby home with us. Lindy came over the next day wanting the baby. I don't know why, but Mia let Lindy talk her into going through with the adoption and gave her the baby. 2 days later, Lindy came back and left the baby on the doorstep! A note stating "she couldn't take it anymore." How in the hell are people like this qualified to adopt? If I ever see that b*tch again, I will snap. The last couple weeks, Mia and Gabriel have been taking care of the baby but yesterday the adoption agency from Satan called and said that they have another couple willing to adopt the baby. I won't even repeat the cursing words I said to the guy. Mia said that she called them. I asked why and she said "because the baby would be better off elsewhere" and I said what makes you think that and she said "you. You hate me now." I told her I could never hate her, but that I was angry and she started arguing with me, took the baby and went to her dad's house. This has been very exhausting on all of us and I'm ready for it to end. I should have been more supportive. After this disaster, I'm convinced the baby will be better off with her than anyone else. Yesterday, while visiting a small English town with Mrs S, I saw in the street a young man (early 20s) wearing a t-shirt brearing the logo "I DON'T HAVE TOURETTE'S, YOU ARE A F****** C***" but without the asterisks. I found this pretty offensive. I have to admit, I do on occasion use language this strong, but only with people I am sure would not be offended. Why don't I get asked out?

Guys always stare at me even for creepy amounts of times when I know they're looking. Okay so i have an iPod. and im finding it increasingly difficult to keep up with new music. The way i get any new music is if i stumble across it on T.V. or thru friends. before i had my iPod i listened to the radio constantly and thru all the crappy songs i would find one that i actually liked, but now i have an iPod and its seriously all i listen to. Leaving my Army Reserve Unit?

A couple years ago I enlisted in the army reserve, but then decided that I didn't want to go a couple months later because I wanted to finish college. I told my recruiter and she told me that it wasn't a big deal and that it wouldn't be a problem for me to get out. She even told me that I could enlist later on in life if I wanted to. Well. it's two years later and now I'm looking into the marines. The marine recruiter I am talking to is aware that I enlisted in the army reserve then failed to report to ship out date, and told me that I would be able to get a waiver for it so I could join the marines if I choose to do so (He received this verification from somebody at MEPS). Well, it turns out that I was never completely separated from my army reserve unit (I was igned to Ft. Knox) according to the marine recruiter. He said he was trying to pull my ASVAB score up from when I took it last week, but was unable to see my scores because I am still ociated with the reserve unit at Ft. Knox. I was not aware of this until he told me. It's been almost 2 years since I signed the contract (I signed in late November 2008) and I am still ociated with the reserve unit. I heard that I need to contact my UA (unit administrator) at Ft. Knox to finalize the separation I am seeking since the army reserve recruiter obviously did not do this over a year ago. How would I go about contacting this person? The only advice the marine recruiter had for me was to talk to an army recruiter and see what he or she can do for me, but for obvious reasons I do not think an army recruiter would be willing to help me out in this case. So I ultimately have three questions: 1) What would be the fastest and easiest way to get the separation I am seeking? 2) Who would be the best person to contact and how could I contact him or her (the UA doesn't sound like someone you can just call up and be like "hey I want to apply for my separation" ) 3) In the worst case scenario, would this separation automatically take place after I hit the official 2 year mark of initial enlistment?

Can someone recommend a good HD dish tripod?

The apartment complex I have moved into does not allow us to put dishes on the roof of the complex. I am an HDTV subscriber and Direct TV had to downgrade me to an SD dish as the tech said an HD dish would fall over on a tripod especially if winds pick up. I still have my old Slimeline dish used to pick up HD signals but can't use it unless there exists a tripod designed specifically for the heavier dishes and one that can be easily anchored to resist wind. doctors all say i have acid reflux. It has been going on and off for about 2 yrs now. Last school year I worked as a substitute but, only accepted teaching istant ignments. I was always too afraid that I would not know what to do so I never accepted a substitute teacher ignment. I've been going out with this guy for about a month now. We talk on I.M. and the phone a lot and we hang out at bball games & friend's houses. I have a godsister who has been in a relationship with her boyfriend since last year or so. Insulting brother getting me down?

My younger brother is always insulting me, saying I am hideous and fat and I have no friends because I don't see them as often as he sees his because they live quite far away, but it's not like I'm a loner or anything like that, I am sociable. But it just really bugs me that he always calls me a freak and that no one likes me because I am so ugly, my other family tell me to ignore him and they say I'm beautiful but I have to admit it has dented my confidence considerably and I find it hard to talk to my friends now as I'm paranoid they hate me.
