Is the the small lump on my scalp pregnancy related?

I am now 35 weeks and noticed a small bump on my scalp about a month ago. I had my hubby take a look at it and we umed it was probably just a pimple. It has grown a little bit since then so I had him take a look and take some pics. It is skin color, painless, round. The hair follicles have plenty of hair. I noticed my hair has gotten really, really thick since this bump was noticed. I'm wondering if it is a clogged oil duct or follicle? I'm going to show my obgyn and made an appointment with a dermo to check it out just to be safe. I was wondering if anyone might know what this could be or has had the same symptoms? Thank you!
