not at first it is expensive to get in. But if you join a national one it could potentially help. Your frat brothers may hire you just based on the fact that you guys are in a frat together. On the flip side if you acknowledge you are a member of a frat in an interview and the person is the member of a rival organization you may not get the job. Overall i hear it is a good thing
