Is this a good trade?

Yeah, I don't think your trade is a very good trade either. You have pretty good RB depth but Deangelo hasn't showed much yet and the Giants are a ping team so you're only solid back so far is Forte. I would actually try to package Bradshaw instead of Ray Rice. Bradshaw has high worth right now so he's good trade bait whereas Ray Rice will get much better as the season goes on (Bradshaw won't). Defenses aren't huge...just waiver wire it weekly if needed but the Jets D would be good to keep if at all possible.
