If Pacquiao loses to De La Hoya, could a fight be made against Hatton afterwards?

Depends on how manny loses to oscar if it is a macre there would be no hatton fight. close decision it still might not be a hatton fight because manny would probably fight someone else at weleterweight(cotto, tony,etc) if he beats oscar he should go after maragrito if he wants more money. in the US no one is going to pay big dollars to see hatton a second time. so the fight would have to be in the UK to be a mega fight regardless of who wins manny-oscar match. oscar is pure money and hatton is little money-jrwelt title so fighting hatton does have a advantage in that area.
