Do i have to cover the extra costs in child support.?

i'm paying full child support, me and the mother origanlly agreed to split the cost of a new car seat, now because her washer broke she says she can;t afford half and that i should pay for the entire thing. i do want to be the nice guy and help out, but on a legal standpoint do i have to do this.
