Im making braised short ribs (emeril lage's recipe) and im doubling the recipe. I was supposed to add 4 cups of peeled tomato, but I added 8 cups accidently. I used two cans. I thought onw can was 2 cups I was so wrong. The recipe calls for 4 quarts of beef broth. If I add more beef broth will it be better??? Please help!!
