Is it a good idea to use beneficial insects indoors?

To battle whiteflies I buy isopropyl at the 99 cent store and mix 50/50 with tap water and spray the undersides of all the leaves on all the plants it works for about a week and then they get in the house again and find the plants and start breeding all over again. so it's about every ten days or so I spray and never when the plants are in the direct sun. I also use it outside but this year the white flies are the worst ever!
