MAJOR PROBLEM PLZZ HELP!!!!!!!!?

OKAY.... i hav like tiny pimples ALL OVER MY FACE mostly my cheeks nd forhead nd evrytime i pop them white stuff come out...but they nvr seemto leave they always come bak..! i also hav scars tht never seem to leave either!!! i have a party 2 go 2 tmrw...nd i need some HELP....i know they cant MAGICALLY DISSAPEAR OVERNIGHT....BUT IS THEIR ANYWAY I COULD GET RID OF THEM?? WAT SHOULD I DO OR USE??? PLZZZ HELP!!!!! PLZZZ :(((
