How do i solve this ??

I have a godsister who has been in a relationship with her boyfriend since last year or so. She's a high school junior and i am really concerned for her choices and decisions to be in her relationship, because her -head boyfriend won't seem to make up his mind and he is always confused. He had broke her heart too many times by breaking up with her and them continuing to re-connect with her. My godsister can't seem to make up her mind though. From what i'm seeing, she thinks it's ok and healthy to continue being in a relationship with her Boyfriend and she keeps thinking that everything will be alright from that point on, but consequently, the idiot keeps breaking up with her and breaking her heart. I just don't know how i can help her. It hurts for me to continue to be agonized from her break-ups all the time. I think she is confused. Her boyfriend is a BLOOD, meaning he is a member along with the BLOOD GANGSTERS. Please help me.
