Can someone recommend a good HD dish tripod?

The apartment complex I have moved into does not allow us to put dishes on the roof of the complex. I am an HDTV subscriber and Direct TV had to downgrade me to an SD dish as the tech said an HD dish would fall over on a tripod especially if winds pick up. I still have my old Slimeline dish used to pick up HD signals but can't use it unless there exists a tripod designed specifically for the heavier dishes and one that can be easily anchored to resist wind. My current tripod is only held down by three bricks as we are not allowed to anchor it to any part of the building. Do these tripods exist and if so where can I find one?
