What's the best thing to eat at Mesa Grill in Las Vegas?

I'm going to Vegas this weekend, and am finally going to eat at Mesa Grill. Since it might be my one and only chance, what is THE entree to order? Any other recommendations on appetizers, sides, desserts, tails, or any other tips? Just want to have the full experience. Thanks!!
