Is Uba Yo Sare real ?? Please help , I feel ridiculous but I'm really scared !!?

It's from the Sara in Underworld website. It's called Uba Yo scare and if you read it apparently a woman knocks on your door three times if u go to the bathroom at night and if u open the door she takes u away. I feel stupid for being scared , I'm normally not but it's just that this really scared me. Has anyone read it b4 and been ok? Can you please tell me if it's true or not ?
