Is there a need for a womens division in the UFC?

As an avaid fan of the UFC I find it hard to believe that Dana White doesn't see the need to a womens division. I honestly feel that it is an investmentl that he and his staff is too risky. There are so many reasons why there should be a womens division, but the risk of causing unrepairable damage to the inturnal organs of a womens biody is what I feel is the real reason why there not a womens dvision. With that said, is there a real need and/or enough talented women to fill the lineup card for a womens UFC division? And do you think that it ould help or do more damage than good the growth of the UFC?
