I need the chemical formula for potium chlorate and sucrose.?

I am doing the gummy bear experiment. The experiment where you melt potium chlorate and then put a gummy bear in and that it makes that violent reaction. The problem is, is that to do this I need the chemical forumula for it. I cant find it on the internet. please help.
