Help with my Roland Keyboard?

So I recently bought a Roland Fantom X8 and for some reason when I play there are no dynamics. Every single note I play is in mezzo forte. I can bang on the keyboard or play as gently as possible but its all the same. Is there something wrong with my keyboard or are all Rolands like this?
