feding with preggy symptoms?

ok first off my husband had a vasectomy 9 months ago and was declared clinically sterile after 3 clean samples. So anyway I have been feeding my 12 month old and suddenly I had a boost in my milk supply without doing anything different, I'm peeing like crazy and the past few days I have been feeling sick(nausea, fatigue etc) I'm so bloated my pantds are tight. I thought I had a UTI or the flu but the OTC UTI test was negative and I haven't had a fever. I'm not being unfaithful to hubby. Should I just take the test to relieve my worries? I'm kinda afriad hubby would freak out. we have 3 kids and we wanted to be done. I'm not one of those types to ask "am I pregnant" but this is so weird that even I don't know.
