Can I get sued by J. D. Salinger if...?

I use Holden Caulfield in a book I'm writing. It's in a part where the main character goes to a psychiatric hospital to get someone out and an old Holden Caulfield talks to him. His name isn't mentiond but it's pretty obvious.
